Description
In an egg-shaped profile, the traditional method of centering is not sufficient. The ADS VariTurn EI compensates for the asymmetry through clever weight distribution and adjustable cage geometry. This keeps the nozzle in the center of the pipe, which is crucial for:
-
Streak-free result: The jets from your rotary nozzle hit the wall over the full 360 degrees with the same impact force.
-
Safe Milling: When using chain rotors, the VariTurn EI prevents the chains from damaging the wall on one side while missing contamination on the other.
Designed for "Sandblast Operation"
The VariTurn EI is built to survive the most hostile sewer environments. The cages are treated with a high-quality zinc-nickel alloy. This finish offers two crucial advantages:
-
Corrosion resistance: Superior protection against aggressive sewer gases.
-
Wear resistance: Excellent resistance to the mechanical impact of flying sludge, sand and gravel during the pressure washing process.

Why the VariTurn EI is the standard in historic city sewers:
-
Infinite Adjustment: Quickly and easily adjust in the pit to the specific dimensions of the egg profile without having to disassemble the entire kit.
-
Perfect Preparation: Essential for a 100% clean wall, which is the basis for successful stocking relining or accurate camera inspection.
-
Modular Flexibility: The cage is the ideal carrier for the RotoMax for wall cleaning or heavy-duty chain rotors for mechanical root removal.
Specialist tip: With egg-shaped profiles, always use a swivel joint between the hose and the VariTurn. This prevents the natural torsion of the high-pressure hose from trying to tip the cage into the narrow chute, ensuring stability.
Are you facing a challenging job in an old city sewer where you don't want to see "jobs" of dirt with a camera inspection? The ADS VariTurn EI offers the precision needed to deliver even these complex profiles like new.
