Description
When using the patented Fill Repair System, the quality of the repair starts with the right supply. The Schaummaxx Hose Connector 2-Way Flexible is specifically designed to connect 10 mm conveyor hoses (conveyor hoses) to 2-component cartridges. With a length of 20 cm, this connector acts as a flexible buffer that accommodates the movements of the pump and hoses.
In a system where PU resin is moved under pressure, every joint is a potential weak point. This flexible 2-way connector is made of chemically resistant materials that do not react with the resin components. The flexible nature prevents the connector from breaking or leaking on the cartridge during heavy use. As a consumable, regular replacement of this connector is crucial to ensure a consistent mixing ratio and a safe working environment.
