Description

When performing a sewer repair with the patented Fill Repair System, proper positioning of the Fill Body is essential. The Schaummaxx Cable ties act as the mechanical fuse that holds the Fill Body (the internal mold) in exactly the right position on the transport hose. With a width of 6 mm, these ties offer superior tensile strength, preventing slippage while navigating bends or narrow pipe sections.

At 130 mm in length, these cable ties are perfectly sized for common hose diameters and Fill Bodies within the system. They are made of high-quality material that can withstand the moist environment of the sewer and the chemical reaction of the Schaummaxx PU resins. Because the cable ties are milled away together with the Fill Body and excess resin after curing, the choice of material is specifically tailored to ensure trouble-free bracing and processing.
