Description

During the assembly of the repair unit within the patented Schaummaxx Fill Repair System, the mechanical fixation of the components is crucial. The Schaummaxx Pliers (for cable ties) is the specialist tool that ensures safe and streamlined installation.

The pliers perform two main functions:

Cutting cable ties: It ensures a clean and flat cut of the cable ties that hold Fill Bodies and conveyor hoses in place. This prevents sharp protrusions that could interfere with navigation in the pipe.
Pressing hose clamps: The pliers are optimized for forcefully and evenly pressing hose clamps onto supply lines. This ensures a completely leak-free connection between the transport hoses and the injection units, even under the high pressure of the 2-component injection process.

The robust construction and ergonomic design make these pliers an indispensable tool for any technician working with the Schaummaxx system.
