Description

In the patented Fill Repair System, the resin is mixed only just before the damage site. The Schaummaxx Conveyor hose ensures that the liquid components A and B reach the injection unit safely and separately. With a length of 25 meters, this hose connects seamlessly to the maximum range of the Schaummaxx system.

Choosing the right hose is crucial to your workflow:

Diameters (6mm, 8mm, 10mm): Larger diameters offer less resistance when pumping thicker resins, while smaller diameters are essential when available pipe space is limited.
Extra Flexible: These variants are specially designed for renovations in indoor sewers (from DN 32). The extra flexible wall ensures that the hoses offer no resistance in 87° or 90° bends, making it easier to navigate the unit to the damage spot.

Because cured resin residue can block flow and mechanical stress in bends is high, these hoses are considered consumable. Regular checking for kinks or blockages is necessary for consistent mixing ratio and process reliability.
