Description

When performing a repair with the Schaummaxx system, the distance between the Spray Head and the pipe wall determines the quality of the repair. The Schaummaxx Spray head centralizer eliminates variations in the pipe and prevents the spray head from being too close to one side of the wall.

Without centering, there is a risk of uneven distribution of material, which can weaken the structural integrity of the repaired area. These centralizers are robustly designed to withstand the pressure of 2K injection and provide smooth guidance through the pipe. Like the other system components, they are fully matched to Schaummaxx PU resins and pumping systems for optimal and predictable results.

Thanks to the different sizes (S to XL), there is a suitable solution for every common pipe diameter that guarantees vibration-free and stable centering.
