Description
The Ridgid K-60 Segment Spring Machine stands out for its impressive cleaning power. Thanks to its 700W (1/2 HP) motor, the machine delivers consistently high torque, which is essential when milling away stubborn root growth or scale. Despite this power, the machine weighs only about 18 kg, allowing it to be easily carried by one person to roofs or through narrow corridors via the convenient rear handle.
A unique feature of the K-60 is its easy cable diameter adjustment. With the flip of a lever, you can effortlessly change between the 16 mm (5/8″) segment springs for smaller drains and the 22 mm (7/8″) segment springs for heavier work in soil lines.
The machine features a direct-reaction clutch lever. This gives the operator maximum control and feel for what is happening in the pipe. As soon as the lever is pressed down, the clutch engages the spring immediately; releasing the lever stops rotation immediately, significantly increasing safety and preventing damage to the spring.
