Xpress Brushcoating System

The core of the Xpress Brushcoating System consists of dual hydraulic resin cylinders. Unlike traditional pumps, this system squeezes the 1:1 epoxy to the mixing head with extreme precision. This results in a "no waste" workflow: you consume only what you actually apply to the line. Setup time is minimal, and the closed cylinders virtually eliminate the risk of contamination of the work area.

The system is completely self-sufficient thanks to its built-in 24V, 882Wh battery, which provides enough capacity for several hours of continuous work. For larger projects, the system can also be connected directly to AC power for uninterrupted use. The motorized reel makes bringing the 40-meter-long supply hose in and out physically light and extremely manageable.

This package covers the most comprehensive version with heated hoses. Instead of heating the reel from the outside, the resin is kept at the ideal temperature throughout the entire 40 meters of hose. This is essential for:

• Constant viscosity: The resin remains smooth, which ensures a more even coating layer.

• Fast curing: By applying the resin hot, the chemical reaction is activated immediately, leading to a curing time of approximately 1 hour at 25°C.

• Flow adjustment: The updated pump features precise flow adjustment to optimize layer thickness per diameter.
