Description

What makes the Ridgid K-50 Segment Spring Machine unique is its tremendous adaptability. Where other machines are often limited to one spring type, the K-50 can handle three different sizes of springs. With optional adapters, it works with 8 mm or 10 mm springs for small sinks, while it uses the 16 mm (5/8″) segment springs as standard for heavier work in soil lines.

With a speed of 400 TPM, the K-50 hurls the cutting heads through the pipe at high speed. This is ideal for effectively milling away grease, lime and even light root growth. Operation is extremely intuitive: the unique, instantly responsive clutch lever gives you maximum control. Push the lever down and the spring rotates; release the lever and the spring immediately stops. This not only increases safety, but also significantly extends the life of your springs.

Thanks to its compact design (the machine takes up barely more space than a toolbox), the K-50 is easy to take to roofs, crawl spaces or cramped bathrooms.
