The Tiger Drill Chain is the "spearhead" of the Picote range. In situations where the pipe is completely blocked, the frontal drill head provides the necessary penetration force. Once the head has created an opening, the chain follows to immediately clean the pipe to its full diameter.

• Frontal penetration: The carbide drill head drills through solid blockages that a normal chain would simply hit.

• Lightweight Impact: Like the Original Tiger series, the chain is lighter in weight, which allows for higher rotation speed and less stress on the shaft, while the carbide teeth do the heavy lifting.

Features and Applicability.

Application areas

• Solid root systems: The drill head cuts through the core of the root plug, then the chain removes the lateral roots from the walls.

• Heavy Lime and Urine Scale (Descaling): Ideal for cast iron pipes that are almost completely clogged.

• Slightly collapsed liners: Their ability to cut through cured material makes it possible to mill liners that have slightly caved in or wrinkled back into shape.

   

• Total blockages: When there is no more water passage, this is the tool of choice to restore flow.

Tip for the professional: For best results when drilling through a blockage, run the shaft at a constant speed and apply pressure with policy. Let the carbide drill head do the work to prevent overheating of the flexible shaft.
