Description

When working with Miller machines, the shaft rotates at thousands of revolutions per minute. Wedged Hubs feature a precision-milled v-shaped slot. When you use "Wedged" panels, they fall precisely into this recess. This creates a joint that physically cannot shift, which is crucial for balancing the machine and preventing damage to the shaft or pipe wall.

Whether you are working with a Mini Miller (8mm shaft), a Midi Miller (10mm shaft) or the powerful Maxi Miller (12mm shaft), there is a suitable Wedged Hub available. The size of the hub (e.g., 20×50 or 40×200) determines how the panels present themselves in the tube. A larger hub body offers more support in larger diameters (DN150+), while compact hubs are perfect for passing bends in DN70 pipes.
