Technical specifications and operation

In mechanical sewer cleaning, the drill head acts as the "spearhead. In the event of a total blockage, the head must create an opening before the chain can do its job. The Express Drill Head is optimized for high RPM, with the carbide teeth pulverizing the material rather than just shredding it.

The spare drill head is identical to the original head from the Express kit and offers the following technical advantages:

Frontal Machining: The positioning of the carbide tips ensures that the drill head does not "wander," but continues to cut centrally in the block.
Heat resistance: The alloy of the carbide teeth can withstand the high temperatures generated when dry milling cast iron or concrete.
Instant Uptime: Thanks to the easy mounting on the flexible shaft (in combination with the chain holder), the change on the job site is done within minutes.
