Safe cleaning in dynamic diameters

Wear and tear is part of the business, but downtime is not. This spare chain is designed to bring your 3D PVC set back to full strength. The big advantage of the 3D series is its flexibility: where a standard chain is fixed to one size, this chain "grows" with the space available in the pipe.

Operation of carbide-free 3D technology

Unlike aggressive steel chains with carbide teeth, the PVC series relies on the material of the chain itself:

Centrifugal force: The faster you rotate the shaft, the further out the chain beats. This allows you to seamlessly clean a transition from, say, DN100 to DN150.
Protection above all else: Because there are no hard cutting edges, there is no risk of "cutting in" to bends on PVC or PE pipes. This makes it the safest choice for modern piping.

Preparation for Relining: Perfectly cleaning the walls without scratching, which ensures optimal adhesion of the new liner.

Expert tip: When installing the spare chain, it is essential to check that the chain links move freely on the shaft. A stuck link hinders 3D expansion and can cause unnecessary vibration. A drop of lubricant during assembly does wonders for suppleness.
