Description
When a heavy 16 mm or 20 mm spring comes under tension during a stubborn blockage, the last thing you want is a "swishing" cable between the machine and the wall. The Ridgid Front Guide Hose Assembly completely encloses the spring over this distance. This prevents the cable from looping or flipping, which is crucial for the safety of your hands and legs.
Besides safety, everything is about hygiene. Powerful drum machines like the K-7500 often pull back huge amounts of dirt, grease and sewage. Without a guide hose, this residue would splash all over the walls and floors as the spring enters the drum. The hose keeps all this wetness inside and carries it neatly back to the machine or drain.
Compatibility
This assembly is a universal topper for Ridgid's toughest drum machines:
| Machine Type | Model |
| K-6200 | Compact drum machine for heavy-duty work |
| K-750 | The classic sewer cleaner |
| K-750R | The robust variant with frame |
| K-7500 | The most powerful machine for main lines |
