Description

The Schaummaxx Screw connection serves as the mechanical fuse between supply hoses and injection tools. Because the 2-component resin is inserted under pressure, there should be no backlash or pressure loss at the connection points.

This threaded joint is made of high-quality materials that can withstand both the mechanical stress of entering the pipe and the chemical action of PU resins. As a consumable, this part is subject to wear due to repeated connection and disconnection or hardened resin residue. Regular replacement of the Screw connection is necessary to ensure process reliability and avoid downtime at the construction site.

The Screw connection is fully coordinated with the other Schaummaxx components, ensuring seamless integration and quick set-up of your repair kit.
