Description
Within the patented Fill Repair System, the Schaummaxx Spray Head plays a key role in the actual repair. After analyzing the damage and positioning the Fill Body and Body Cap, the Spray Head ensures that the PU resin is correctly atomized under pressure from the 2K pump.
This Spray Head is specifically designed to ensure homogeneous mixing and spreading of material. This is essential for successfully filling cracks, fractures or larger voids. Because the resins used by Schaummaxx have a fast cure time (between 1 and 15 minutes), the Spray Head is a consumable item that should be replaced regularly to ensure consistent spray quality and flow.
