Description
In sewer cleaning hydraulics, the angle of the jet determines the success of the job. The Bertsch uses a backward spray angle of 25°.
Why 25 degrees? This angle is considered the perfect balance in the industry. It is sharp enough to forcefully pull the hose deep into the pipe (propulsion), but wide enough to allow the water surface to touch the entire pipe wall. This effectively dislodges dirt, grease and deposits and carries them directly back to the well.
Compact Design, Big on Agility
At only 51 mm in length, the Bertsch is significantly shorter than many standard 1/2″ nozzles. This is crucial when working in DN80 or DN100 lines with slight bends. Where longer nozzles can "bridge" (get stuck in the bend), the Bertsch navigates smoothly through the route without compromising flow capacity.
