Technical specifications and operation

The 3D Premium Chain works on a dynamic principle: centrifugal force provides the expansion. This means you can use a single tool to clean a pipe that goes from DN100 to DN150, for example, without having to change tools.

Self-expanding capability

The key to success is the speed control of your Picote Miller:

Metered expansion: As the chain eats away material (such as lime or concrete), it gains more room to expand further. By increasing the RPM, you force the chain to its new maximum diameter.
Leader functionality: The included special Leader acts as a guide. It ensures that the chain runs steadily through the pipe and starts by already breaking open the first contamination, so that the 3D chain immediately has maximum impact.

Specialist Tip: Always start at a low speed when entering the pipe. Only gradually increase the speed once you feel the chain gaining clearance. This prevents unnecessary vibration and saves your machine's flexible shaft.
