Wipe-Catcher Nozzle
1-year standard warranty

Moist wipes are a growing problem in sewer engineering because they do not dissolve like traditional toilet paper. The Wipe-Catcher Spray Head nozzles address this problem right at the source. Due to their specific design and jet configuration, they "catch" the wipes so they are not simply pushed further into the pipe, but can be effectively removed or disposed of.
Three Variants for Every Challenge
Because no clog is the same, the range consists of three specialized models:
-
Basic Wipe-Catcher 1/2″: The reliable standard for pipes from DN75 to DN200. Ideal for most common fabric blockages.
-
Rotational Wipe-Catcher 1/4″: The compact specialist for smaller diameters(DN50 to DN160). Rotation loosens wipes that stick to the wall.
-
Rotatory Wipe-Catcher 1/2″: The heavy-duty powerhouse(DN75 to DN200). Equipped with six powerful jets that combine thorough cleaning with tremendous draining power.
Comparison Chart Models
| Model | Connection | Working range (DN) | Features |
| Basic | 1/2″ | 75 - 200 mm | Simple, robust & effective |
| Rotational | 1/4″ | 50 - 160 mm | Rotary head for small diameters |
| Rotatory | 1/2″ | 75 - 200 mm | 6 powerful jets for maximum cleaning |
Why the Wipe-Catcher is indispensable in your equipment:
-
Effective Removal: Specifically designed to still grab and move materials that normally "slip".
-
Durability: Features replaceable parts, giving the nozzle a long economic life.
-
Ease of use: Easy to connect to standard high-pressure units and ready for immediate use.
-
Prevents Repetition: Thoroughly clearing the pipe of fabric debris minimizes the chances of another blockage in the short term.
